The cam on the right has been set to the incorrect position.	Cam on the right has been set to the correct position, and the 'finger' has dropped onto the flat	Cam on the right has been set to the correct position, but the 'finger' cannot drop onto the flat because one or more of the other cams have not been set to the correct position. (Depending on which cam it is, the finger may drop if both, one, or none of the other cams are correctly set.)
